Encouraging results from Phase 2 CRDF-004 study were shared in a presentation at ASCO. The data backs the progression of a combination of 30 mg onvansertib with FOLFIRI/bevacizumab for the treatment of first-line RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The positive outcomes support moving forward with the planned registrational program for this treatment regimen.
