EVERTEC, Inc. provides transaction processing and financial technology services in Latin America, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. It operates through four segments: Payment Services - Puerto Rico & Caribbean; Latin America Payments and Solutions; Merchant Acquiring; and Business Solutions.
