The Index launches Blend, a permissionless platform that lets anyone deploy baskets of tokenized stocks as single ERC-20 tokens. Baskets are tradable with USDG or ETH and redeemable for the underlying vault assets. Protocol fees generated by the platform are partly directed to INDEX holders, connecting product activity to token value.

Fee distribution gives INDEX holders a claim on platform revenue rather than relying on speculation. If basket issuance and trading volume scale, the share of fees flowing to holders grows with usage. Redemption for underlying vault assets keeps the baskets tied to their holdings, which supports tracking. Adoption within the Robinhood ecosystem is the main variable, since usage there would expand the fee base behind the token.
