Global Indemnity Group, LLC, through its subsidiaries, provides specialty property and casualty insurance, and reinsurance products in the United States. It operates through three segments: Agency and Insurance Services; Belmont Core; and Belmont Non-Core. The company engages in sourcing, underwriting, and servicing primary and assumed reinsurance business; and providing technology, AI-enabled marketplace, and claims services. It also distributes property and general liability products for small commercial businesses and for owners of properties under construction, under renovation, vacant, or rented through a select network of wholesale general agents with specific binding authority.
