## Company Overview

INNEOVA Holdings Limited, through its subsidiaries, distributes and sells automotive and industrial spare parts in Singapore, the Middle East, and internationally. It operates in two segments, On-Highway Business and Off-Highway Business. The On-Highway Business segment supplies genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket parts, engine and chassis parts, wear and tear parts, body parts, and spare parts and lubricants for use in passenger and commercial vehicles. This segment serves resellers, such as distributors and dealers of automotive parts, retailers, workshops, end-users, and fleet owners.
