Australia's APRA imposed a A$50M capital add-on and increased liquidity requirements on ING Bank due to overstated liquidity positions and breaches of minimum standards. ING had reported an LCR of ~160%, which was actually lower and sometimes below the 100% regulatory minimum. APRA mandated independent reviews, remediation plans, and ongoing compliance monitoring until satisfied.
