INmune Bio’s XPro1595 Prevents Brain-Injury-Induced Alzheimer's Pathology, Memory Loss, and Pain in New Peer-Reviewed Preclinical Study
New research indicates that soluble TNF may play a crucial role in connecting head injuries with Alzheimer’s disease. The study found that targeting soluble TNF with XPro1595 can prevent the increase in amyloid pathology caused by head injuries and also enhance early cognitive function and alleviate pain symptoms. This study highlights the significance of selectively neutralizing soluble TNF in mitigating the impact of head injuries on the development of Alzheimer's disease.
