Mitchell Kapoor has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, including Sobi’s increasingly diversified late-stage pipeline and the accretive structure of its new lacutamab partnership. The Innate Pharma deal adds a rare oncology asset with multiple regulatory designations in CTCL, while the $75M upfront payment keeps initial capital at risk relatively modest and ties most further obligations to successful development and commercialization.

Kapoor also highlights that potential accelerated approval in Sézary syndrome, followed by Phase 3 confirmation in broader CTCL, could unlock a sizable market opportunity if TELLOMAK-3 results are positive. His valuation work, using a multi-tiered revenue model and DCF, supports equity value above the current price, and the unchanged 12‑month price target of SEK575 reflects both this upside and a refreshed peer-comparison, despite recognizing execution and clinical risks across Sobi’s core franchises and pipeline.

In another report released on August 3, Berenberg Bank also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a SEK560.00 price target.
