## Company Overview

Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, produces and sells electric off-road vehicles and associated parts in the People’s Republic of China, the United States, and internationally. The company offers all-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, go-karts, golf carts, electric scooters, and electric self-balancing scooters for leisure and entertainment, agricultural operations, and site transportation applications. It also provides electric vehicles (EV) products and parts; lithium-ion cells; and battery packs and smart battery swap systems. The company was formerly known as Kandi Technologies, Corp and changed its name to Kandi Technologies Group, Inc.
