Nexxen International Limited (NEXN), an advertising technology company, on Wednesday reported lower profit for the second quarter of 2026, despite higher revenue, as increased expenses weighed on profitability.
Net income declined to $3.64 million or $0.06 per share from $8.67 million or $0.14 per share a year ago. Excluding one-time items, earnings were $13.33 million or $0.23 per share.
Operating profit fell 52% to $4.2 million from $8.7 million a year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA declined 8% to $27.6 million from $29.9 million.
Revenue, however, increased 11% to $100.5 million from $90.9 million, with programmatic revenue rising 12% to $95.2 million from $85.0 million.
Contribution ex-TAC reached a record $97.8 million, up 11% year-over-year.
Nexxen raised its full-year guidance for contribution ex-TAC to $388 million-$402 million from $385 million-$400 million and programmatic revenue to $380 million-$393 million from $377 million-$391 million.
The company also reaffirmed adjusted EBITDA guidance of $122 million-$132 million, representing approximately 10% year-over-year growth.
Nexxen shares were down about 2% in pre-market trading after closing at $10.48 on Tuesday.
