Chipotle is piloting a food safety risk platform from Palantir that is built on Foundry. According to NS3.AI, the system combines inspection scores, pest sightings, and employee illness reports into a restaurant risk score. Nearly half of Palantir's revenue comes from federal contracts. Chipotle has not said whether the platform can identify individual workers or whether customers will be able to see store scores.
