## Company Overview

The RMR Group Inc., through its subsidiary, The RMR Group LLC, provides real estate asset management services in the United States. The company offers management services to its four publicly traded real estate investment trusts, two real estate operating companies, and private capital vehicles. It also provides advisory services to publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust. In addition, the company provides management services to a wide range of real estate assets and businesses that include healthcare facilities, senior living and other apartments, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, leased lands, net-lease service-focused retail, multifamily residential communities, and various specialized properties.
