It operates through four segment: Hotel Properties, Hotel Management and Related Services, Investment Properties, and Property Development for Sale. The company develops, owns, operates, and leases office and commercial properties, and serviced apartments/residences; and operates restaurants and amusement parks. It is also involved in hotel ownership and management; property investment; golf club ownership and operation; group financing; marketing, communication, training, consultancy, and reservation services; ownership of intellectual property rights; and development and sale of real estate, as well as retail and wine trading activities.
