Public Property Invest ASA (PPI) completed the acquisition of a NOK 37bn social infrastructure portfolio from SBB, tripling its portfolio to NOK 53bn. The transaction involved cash and 446,858,803 new shares. A private placement of 153,646,693 new shares is expected to settle by 18 December 2025. Public Property Invest ASA (PPI) plans to acquire a social infrastructure portfolio from Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) through cash and issuance of new shares. An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for 9 December 2025 to approve the transaction and related share issuances. The transaction completion is subject to regulatory approvals and SBB's general meeting approval. New shares will be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs post-prospectus approval.
