TSMC’s 2nm fab in Hsinchu, Fab 20, suffered an accident, as a crane tipped over from one roof down onto another Thursday, media report, adding no one was injured and the site has been secured. The cause of the accident is unknown. (Note: Details very limited – a terrible lack of information. One might ask, for example: Did the crane puncture a fab roof, and compromise the cleanroom?
