Chiplets enable scaling in a new way; beyond just more and more expensive litho machines.On one level, Chiplets and Heterogeneous Integration are certainly a threat to $ASML(ASML.US) and it' supply chain.But, it's also something to think about in regards to the perceived cost of Chiplets:👉Namely, you can't compare the cost of Heterogenous Integration to traditional packaging.
