Nvidia ordered 300,000 H20 GPUs from TSMC last week for the China market, Reuters reports, adding to inventory of 600,000 to 700,000 of the chips. Demand for H20s was so strong after US export controls were eased that Nvidia opted to order more instead of relying just on inventory.
