In today’s pre-mkt summary for Subscribers: Equities surged pre-mkt as $Meta Platforms(META.US) and $Microsoft(MSFT.US) earnings both crushed estimates and offered strong guidance; The Fed left int rates unchanged yesterday and Chair Powell left the door open for a rate cut in September, but reiteratedchis view that inflation remained elevated; Last night, Tesla launched its supervised ride hailing test with a safety driver at no cost in the San Francisco/Bay Area; investors are likely to treat this as a non-event. Today we get June PCE inflation data and tomorrow July non-farm payrolls. Tonight are $Apple(AAPL.US) and $Amazon(AMZN.US) earnings.
