Colette hints that they will see some H20 China revenue in October.

They don't want to be on the hook for it in the guide given they don't have control of when the licenses will be issued.

My take: It doesn't matter if they actually recognize China H20 in the quarter. What matters is they could do $2-$5B in October that is not in the $54B guide.
