The $Apple(AAPL.US) AI bar is low for the next six months. Then it gets really high. I still believe $Apple(AAPL.US) will be a top performing Mag 7 stock through the end of the year.

What's new is Gurman's details about the timing and features of the new Siri.

Apple is working on a search product that runs inside of Siri. As a reminder, Siri is often accompanied by results on the iPhone.

The substance of these results will likely come from Google Gemini.

This would have two impacts on Apple’s business. It would likely lower how much Google pays Apple to be the default in Safari.

At the same time, they could generate new revenue by being the front end of a Siri search product (sharing it with Google).

The net would likely be that Apple increases the $20B it generates from Search today (currently only the Google placement deal).
