Why won't @SenSchumer allow the Senators to vote on opening the government? Schumer is using the filibuster rule to block the voting.

The GOP has the majority in the Senate at 53 Senators but it takes 60 votes to override Schumer's filibuster blockage. Schumer is obstructing.
