TSMC announced 3rd quarter performance evaluations, with bonuses for employees with an S (successful) rating seen receiving 4-months pay as a bonus, media report, adding the average 10-year veteran engineer (job grade: 34) should see over NT$5 million (US$163,000) in total pay this year, including salary, bonus, profit-sharing.
