I like to use "inversion" to solve problems. Instead of asking "Why should I hold Nvidia?", I ask "Can the world build the future without Nvidia?"

The answer is currently no. The entire global software stack is being rewritten on CUDA. To rip that out now would be like trying to change the foundation of a skyscraper while people are still living in it. It’s too late to switch.

The switching costs are impossible, which makes my decision to hold very simple. I’m staying with the inevitable winner.
