AMD CEO Lisa Su unveiled a host of chips made – or to be made – on TSMC’s 2nm manufacturing process, including the entire Instinct MI400 series AI chips (GPUs), the MI430X, MI440X, and latest MI455X, the “world’s first 2nm GPU family,” she said, media report, as well as next generation Instinct MI500 in 2027. AMD’s latest server CPU, “Venice” is also 2nm.
