General trend: Long term bullish, short term neutral bearish
Orcl has returned back to market fair value after an euphoric post earnings rally 2 quarters back which pushed prices 3SD past market fair value (red trend line).
However, technically, that clear 5 waves off the top needs some time to be digested before it can resume its long term bullish trend.
I believe the price will rally soon but I am expecting the bears to peg back the bulls at the 250 levels if not earlier. I am not expecting the rally to go beyond 300 unless a positive catalyst arises. Price action is again the determining factor above all indicators.
