Discovery(WBD.US) ‘s Board formally rejected $Paramount Skydance Corporation - CL B(PSKY.US) ‘s $30/share all-cash bid backed by Larry Ellison’s personal guarantee - traders expect higher bid by $Paramount Skydance Corporation - CL B(PSKY.US) in the coming weeks; $Tesla(TSLA.US) now -13% from Dec 22 all- time high as odds increase that other OEMs will join TSLA in offering generalized unsupervised autonomy options in 2026.
