TSMC will give a media tour on 1/22 at a CoWoS advanced packaging plant in Chiayi, south Taiwan that has not opened yet, media report. Equipment is currently being installed at the site, dubbed AP7. It will be TSMC’s 6th major packaging & testing plant.
