$Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM.US)

They say a picture represents a thousand words. A few days ago, I mentioned that TSM was in the final surge of its fifth wave and the upper trend line was beckoning. And two weeks ago, I mentioned 380 as a target.

380 has arrived. The upper trend line has been tagged as well as the 3SD VWAP and right on cue, price retreated.

Volume is tepid, momentum is waning and we are in a time factor extending into 18th Feb.

Some names and markets have already topped. The top is a process and not all names top at the same time. You just have to spot the divergences and heed the warning.

I am continuing to de risk and raise cash into the market’s strength and am now more than 50% de risked and defensive.
