China’s ByteDance is expanding its AI workforce in the US by 100 engineers for its Seed R&D team, media report, and tap Taiwan’s Inventec for high end AI servers. Inventec Chairman Sam Yeh said AI server revenue grew 40% last year and he expects a new record this year.
