TSMC's Apple revenue grew just 7% in CY25 to $20.8B while its NVDA revenue jumped 115%. Apple 17% and NVDA 19%. 1st time since 2016, Apple is not the largest customer. TSMC's NVDA revenue grew faster than NVDA COGS. 37% of NVDA COGS in CY25 vs 33% in CY24.
