Amazon AWS’ design partner for its Trainium3 chip, Alchip Technologies, has reserved 60,000 wafers per month (wpm) of CoWoS advanced packaging capacity with TSMC, a significant increase, media report, adding Trainium3 (3nm) business could account for 75% of Alchip’s revenue this year.
