Holding let it rides into ER comes with risk. I did hold $Netflix(NFLX.US) let it rides and just sold a rung of the ladder made really good $. I know not as much as I would had I sold before ER. I don't hold trades into ER. I will hold let it rides as they have lots of cushion and can handle the pullback.
