U96 Return RateWeek 1 – My Portfolio Health Check
1. My biggest holding, Olam, is doing well this week. It pushes my entire portfolio up.
2. Though I am hoping REITs will do well this week, but some results announced this week are slightly disappointing. I still believe REITs will improve moving forward when the interest rate drops.
3. Seatrium continues to hold up there. I believe there are more upsides especially when oil prices are expected to remain high for a while due to the Iran War.
