TSMC is building a Silicon Photonics empire, aggressively pursuing Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) opportunities with subsidiaries Xintec and VisEra, as well as other supply chain partners in packaging, testing, and optical components, media report, citing unnamed supply chain sources.
