Rumor: Foxconn has started shipping all-optical CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) switch racks to Nvidia ahead of schedule, and shipment forecasts have quintupled to 50,000 units from 10,000 for 2026-2027, media report, adding CPO products command double-digit gross margins and high prices (ASPs), so are expected to account for over 15% of revenue at Foxconn subsidiary Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII). Sources claim supply from FII’s Vietnam plant is so tight even demonstration units were diverted to Nvidia, leaving nothing to show at Computex (early June). $NVIDIA(NVDA.US) #Foxconn #CPO #SiPho #semiconductors #networking
