👉 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:

➤ 𝐇𝐈𝐕𝐄 signed a 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 LOI with an investment-grade sovereign Swedish technology company.

➤ LOI covers an 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟎-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 lease for HIVE's 𝟑𝟐 𝐌𝐖 Boden, Sweden facility.

➤ Agreement contemplates approximately 𝟐𝟓 𝐌𝐖 of critical IT load for HPC colocation.

➤ HIVE plans to retrofit the site to support up to 𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐆𝐁𝟑𝟎𝟎 GPUs.

➤ Facility will use 𝐡𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 and air cooling with rack densities up to 𝟏𝟓𝟎 𝐤𝐖.

➤ HIVE has operated the Boden facility since 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖, previously running about 𝟏𝟑𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 GPUs.

➤ LOI follows Boden Municipal Council's approval of HIVE's facility acquisition.

➤ Definitive agreement remains subject to 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 negotiations and execution.
