$Lion-phillip S-Reit(CLR.SG)Slowly building my position in Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF (CLR). Currently sitting at +1.33%, with an average cost of 0.821 and the market price at 0.832. This isn’t a stock I expect to double overnight, but I like it for its diversification across Singapore REITs and potential dividend income. I’m using it as a more defensive part of my portfolio while continuing to invest consistently. Small gains today, but I’m focused on long-term compounding rather than short-term price swings. Patience is part of the strategy.
