👉 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

➤ 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 completes its acquisition of 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗦 𝗟𝗟𝗖.

➤ Acquisition price totaled approximately $𝟰𝟰𝟰 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in cash.
