NVIDIA’s latest earnings were exceptionally strong: Q2 FY2027 revenue reached $96.2 billion, up 106% year over year, while adjusted EPS came in at $2.22, both comfortably above expectations. Data Center revenue surged to $89 billion, highlighting continued explosive AI demand, and NVIDIA guided for roughly $108 billion in Q3 revenue, again above Wall Street estimates. Despite the beat and raise, shares were relatively muted because expectations are extremely high and investors remain focused on whether AI spending can keep accelerating, margins can stay elevated, and NVIDIA can maintain its dominance amid custom AI chips and China-related restrictions.
