Context:

Been keeping an eye on PropNex as Singapore’s property market remains fairly resilient. With property transactions still active and PropNex having a strong presence among agents, I think there’s still room for the business to perform well.

My trade:

I’m holding PropNex and taking a longer-term view on this one. I’m not expecting the stock to move up every day, but I’m comfortable holding while the earnings and dividend story remains healthy.

Takeaway:
