Context:

PropNex caught my attention because Singapore’s property market has remained pretty active. With property transactions and new launches still keeping agents busy, I think there’s still a decent growth story here.

My trade:

I’m holding PropNex and taking a longer-term view. I like that it’s not just about share price appreciation — the dividend also makes holding it more attractive to me.

Takeaway:

Property stocks can be cyclical, so I’m not expecting everything to go up in a straight line. For now, I’m comfortable holding PropNex and letting the business and dividends do the work. 📈
