$PropNex(OYY.SG)

Context:

I’ve been watching PropNex closely and I still like the longer-term outlook for Singapore’s property market. Transaction activity has been pretty healthy, and PropNex continues to be one of the bigger players in the market.

My trade:

I decided to buy more PropNex and increase my position. I’m comfortable adding at the current levels because I still see value in the business, especially with its dividend payout.

Takeaway:

For me, this isn’t a quick trade. I’m adding because I’m still bullish on the company’s fundamentals and willing to hold through the ups and downs. 📈
