$Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM.US)
Context: I established my TSM position early at a fairly low cost basis, driven by high conviction in their unmatched leadership in advanced semiconductor manufacturing and long-term AI infrastructure growth.
My trade: I am currently holding my existing position without adding shares. Because my entry price provides a solid safety margin, I prefer to let profits run rather than average up my cost base during high-valuation periods.
Takeaway: Next time, I will trust my fundamental research earlier to build a larger initial position, channeling Buffett's "wide moat" philosophy and Lynch's rule to never "cut the flowers to water the weeds" by selling a long-term winner too soon.
