I think the market may be getting ahead of itself on the Fed. The strong August jobs report clearly strengthens the case for higher rates, but I don’t think the September decision is settled yet. The upcoming CPI will be crucial in determining whether inflation is still sticky enough to keep the Fed hawkish.

I’m also watching $Tesla(TSLA.US) closely after the Cybercab launch. The limited rollout and lack of livestream or meaningful fleet-scale data made the event feel more like a showcase than a commercial breakthrough. Meanwhile, I remain bullish on the AI infrastructure theme, especially memory and networking stocks, as HBM demand continues to strengthen.

For me, the biggest catalyst this week is still the combination of US CPI, $Oracle(ORCL.US) and $Adobe(ADBE.US) earnings, and $Apple(AAPL.US)’s iPhone launch. I’ll be watching not just whether the numbers beat expectations, but whether management guidance supports the next leg of the AI and tech rally. Markets are rewarding strong execution—and punishing disappointment quickly.
