$PropNex(OYY.SG)

Context:

I’ve been watching PropNex for a while, and I like the exposure it gives me to Singapore’s property market. Property transactions remain an important driver, and PropNex has built a strong position among local property agencies.

My trade:

I decided to buy PropNex because I think the current opportunity is attractive for a longer-term hold. The dividend is also a nice bonus while I wait for the business to continue growing.
