$PropNex(OYY.SG)
Context:
I’ve been holding PropNex because I like its exposure to Singapore’s property market. Property transactions can be cyclical, but PropNex has a strong position locally and I think the business can continue benefiting when the market stays active.
My trade:
I’m continuing to hold my PropNex shares rather than taking profit for now. The dividend is another reason I’m comfortable keeping the position while waiting for the business to grow.
Takeaway:
Not looking to trade this one every few weeks. I’m happy to hold and collect the dividends while keeping an eye on property transaction volumes and the overall market. 📈
