$PropNex(OYY.SG)

Context:

PropNex remains one of the property-related stocks I’m keeping in my portfolio. I like having exposure to Singapore’s property market without directly owning property, and the company’s recurring agent network gives me an interesting way to play the sector.

My trade:

I’m still holding my PropNex shares and not looking to overtrade the position. I’m happy to sit through the short-term price movements while keeping an eye on transaction volumes and earnings.

Takeaway:

This is more of a patience play for me. I’m holding for the business performance and dividend potential, rather than trying to catch every short-term move in the share price.
