Context

I noticed that S-REIT prices had declined, and I viewed the price weakness as an opportunity to gradually build my position at a lower average cost. Since I was already interested in gaining exposure to the sector for its potential distribution income and longer-term recovery, I did not want to react to the short-term price movement by selling. Instead, I saw the decline as a chance to continue accumulating gradually.

My trade

I added to my S-REIT position because the price had dropped and I wanted to dollar-cost average into the investment.
