$PropNex(OYY.SG)

Context:

PropNex is one of the Singapore stocks I’ve been keeping in my portfolio because I like the exposure to the local property market. With transactions and new launches continuing to drive activity, I think there’s still an interesting business story here.

My trade:

I’m holding my PropNex position and taking a longer-term approach. I’m not trying to time every price movement — I’d rather give the company time to grow and continue collecting dividends along the way.

Takeaway:

For me, this is a “buy and let it work” type of position. 🏠 I’ll keep monitoring the property market and company results, but for now I’m comfortable staying invested. 📈
