TSMC will be on hand at the groundbreaking for the Baipu Industrial Park in Kaohsiung, south Taiwan today as it plans to turn part of the park into a proving ground for advanced packaging equipment, media report, adding the 88.73-hectare park is fully booked, with TSMC taking the entire south side.
